Region VI Episcopal Church Women Gathering
Recognizing that it is often difficult for us to attend ECW events that happen in the Western portion of our Diocese, we have decided that we should offer the opportunity for our Region to gather together. You are cordially invited to this regional event, and we look forward to seeing you!

On the first Sunday of Lent, St James joined other Episcopal churches in an ongoing effort to provide support for Episcopal Relief & Development, by participating in the Lenten project, with this year's focus on Early Childhood Development. Episcopal Relief & Dev. collaborates with local church and ecumenical partners around the world on long-term strategies for Early Childhood Development for those living in a challenging environment. A special publication has been created for this project.
Your copy of "Lenten Meditations 2108" awaits you and is available on the table in the church Narthex. It is a compilation of writings that reflect on early childhood, submitted by Episcopal Relief & Dev. staff members and associates. It is our hope that these Lenten meditations deepen your faith in the risen Christ and strengthen your connection to our neighbors and partners around the world. At the back of the book you will find an envelope. Please support the work of Episcopal Relief & Development by contributing to a plate offering during Lent. Thank you for your generous donation to this worthy cause.
