There are many ways we reach out to our community in the Port St. Joe area and beyond. We believe, as Christians, we are called to be the light of Christ in the world. Please join us in these various outreach ministries.

Christian Community Development Fund (CCDF)

This is a community project headed by a member of St. James.  It operates solely on donations, grants and volunteer labor.  The mission statement is, “Making a positive influence in the lives of the low to very low income elderly and disabled homeowners of Gulf County by repairing their substandard homes."

episcopal RELIEF & DEVELOPMENT (ERD)

St. James coordinates parishioners monetary donations to ERD during Advent. Parishioners can provide much needed items to those in need in developing countries.

Food Pantry

The Port St. Joe Food Pantry originated right here at St. James. It moved to its current location when other churches and organizations wished to participate. St. James still provides much needed non-perishable items through our food drives. Drop your donations off in the narthex.

Mahjong

The mahjong group meets every Tuesday from 9:00 - noon. Please join us for fun and fellowship. (Don't worry, we are happy to teach new members how to play.)
